The end product of a two day workshop with designer Irma Boom.

Irma requested that we arrive with a novel or other text based book of our choice. I selected a biography of Eric Gill, from the college library. working in signitures of eight A6 pages (one A4 page folded twice) our task was to take the text from the first page of the book, and produce spreads that were informed by the content.

We then hand bound each students signiture(s) together, still as A4 sheets. The third photograph down documents me seperating the pages.
